Dr. Marwan Issa is the Founder and Director of Arbor Valley Academy (AVA), where he leads with a vision centered on academic excellence, innovation, and creating meaningful opportunities for every student.
Dr. Issa founded Arbor Valley Academy with the belief that education should be both rigorous and responsive to the individual needs of students. His vision has shaped AVA into a student-centered learning community that combines strong academics with personalized support, encouraging students to take ownership of their education and reach their full potential.
Under his leadership, AVA has continued to strengthen its academic programs, expand opportunities for students, and build a culture focused on achievement, growth, and continuous improvement.
